MahjongRush is a tile-matching game that runs without an account. This policy is organised by data type: for each type it states what the type contains, why it exists, who receives it, and how long it lasts. Where a data type is absent from this list, MahjongRush does not handle it.
Type 1 — Board Progress
Contains: layouts cleared, tiles matched, shuffles and undos used, streak records, timer results, and the balance of any hints or tokens held.
Purpose: resuming an unfinished board, awarding the correct rewards, and populating the personal statistics screen.
Recipients: nobody outside the app, unless cloud saving is enabled, in which case the platform save service holds a copy.
Duration: for as long as MahjongRush remains installed. Uninstalling clears the local copy permanently.
Type 2 — Handset Characteristics
Contains: device model, manufacturer, operating system release, MahjongRush version, display resolution and density, memory class, system language, region code, and connection type.
Purpose: laying out the tile board legibly on very different screen shapes, selecting appropriate asset quality, and confirming that a build runs correctly on hardware we could not test directly.
Recipients: our analytics and crash-monitoring providers, which need these fields to make their reports meaningful.
Duration: retained in aggregate form; individual readings are not held once folded into compatibility totals.
Type 3 — Fault Records
Contains: the location in the program where execution stopped, the call sequence preceding it, memory in use at the time, the handset characteristics above, and a timestamp.
Purpose: reproducing and repairing defects, and confirming that a repair worked.
Recipients: our crash-monitoring provider and our own engineers.
Duration: until the defect concerned is closed, then discarded.
Type 4 — Purchase Confirmations
Contains: the product identifier bought, the store receipt reference, the time of purchase, and the validation result.
Purpose: delivering purchased tokens or layout packs, verifying that a receipt is genuine, and examining a refund enquiry.
Recipients: the marketplace that processed the payment, which is where the transaction takes place.
Duration: the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules.
Type 5 — Advertising Signals
Contains: the advertising identifier your operating system assigns, impression and click counts, and reward-video completion status.
Purpose: supplying the free version of MahjongRush, granting rewards earned by watching a video, and measuring whether an advertisement was delivered.
Recipients: the advertising network that serves the advertisement, under its own privacy terms.
Duration: governed by that network. You may reset or limit the identifier at any time in system settings, and MahjongRush respects that setting. Purchasing the advertisement-free option ends this data type entirely.
Type 6 — Support Correspondence
Contains: only what you choose to send — the address you write from, your account of the problem, attachments, and a receipt reference where relevant.
Purpose: answering you.
Recipients: the support team handling your message.
Duration: until the matter closes.
Types That Do Not Exist Here
MahjongRush handles no real name, no date of birth, no email or telephone number other than one you volunteer in correspondence, no government identifier, no payment card number, no GPS or network-derived precise location, no contact list, no photograph library, no camera or microphone input, no message or call log, no health or biometric reading, and no browsing history from outside the app. The corresponding system permissions are never requested.
Handling Rules That Apply to Every Type
- Nothing is sold, rented, or supplied to a data broker.
- A provider receives only the fields its function requires and may use them only as instructed.
- Transfers to our systems use encrypted transport; stored records sit behind role-based access limited to staff with an operational need.
- Disclosure outside this list occurs only under a binding legal demand, or where necessary to investigate a security incident or prevent harm.
- No networked system is fully secure, and we make no absolute guarantee.
Age
MahjongRush is offered to a general audience and is not directed at children under thirteen; personal information is not knowingly collected from them. A parent or guardian who believes such information has reached us should write to official support, and it will be located and removed.
Requests
Where local law provides for it, you may request access to the record held for your installation, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy. Quote the installation identifier shown in the settings screen when writing to official support; it is the only key we hold. Records that a legal obligation or a fraud-prevention need requires us to keep are retained even after other material is deleted.
Revision and Contact
New data types, new providers, or new legal requirements will produce a revised version of this policy, published through our official channels and effective on publication. Questions about any type described here go to the MahjongRush support team through the official support channels.
